MOVIES

I've been real sick for almost a week now. It started with a fever, then my nose started running and my throat was really sore. I went out last night, still a bit sick and all and this morning when I woke up, I lost my voice. I can whisper, but it's still really uncomfortable.

I'm not capable of taking photos of myself, I don't feel like wearing make up or posing in front of camera, but I still want to blog. So I thought that it would be great to finish my favorite movie list. I've done a few of these, but I'm constantly watching new stuff and discovering great movies. This is the full list of every movie in every genre that I can list as my favorite movies. Though I might have missed something.

I won't write any reviews of the movies, so if you have anything to ask about them (or any movie related things), feel free! And if you have any recommendations for me based on these following movies, I'm interested!

  1. Try and watch "Antichrist" or "120 Days of Sodom". They're a bit disturbing, but so worth it.

    1. Seen both. Hated Sodom, Antichrist was pretty great

  2. So many great films! I'm surprised that you've mentioned movies with Anna Karina or some not popular like "Jolene", "God bless America". I add this post to favourites so I can get back to it and watch everything ;-)

  6. Ugh niin paljon hyvää.

No ainakin jawbreaker ja new best friend on jollain kuppasella tavalla ihan hyviä, ainakin viihdyttäviä omalla kierolla tavallaan, vaikkei toteutus mikään kummonen olekkaan.

Christiane F. ja tideland sitten kaikinpuolin loistavia.

  7. I love your taste in movies and I always find inspirational and entertaining movies from these posts but I was surprised to find Spring Breakers on your list, what exactly makes this movie watchable in your opinion? I watched it halfway and honestly with James Franco and the actresses I thought it would be decent to watch but to me it was probably the worst movie I have ever encountered

    1. I don't think that I can explain why I like it so much. It's just something that makes you think and feel in it's own way.

  10. Get well soon! Have you seen The Craft? Jawbreaker? Two lovers by james Gray? Or Grave by the Fireflies? I figured you could like them based on your list. I liked your movie selection, because you seem to be very open-minded, there's a lot of variety, from French Nouvelle Vague to Asian flicks. It's really cool. xoxo, Liz

    1. En oo nähnyt Kubrickin Lolitaa. Aloitin sen joskus, mut vaikutti liian erilaiselta mun rakastamaan Adrian Lynen Lolitaan verrattuna

  16. Tossa aiemmin ehdotettua We Need To Talk About Keviniä suosittelisin myös! Samoin kannattaa katsoa Never Let Me Go (perustuu samannimiseen kirjaan, tosin itse koin kirjan lukemisen jotenkin vaivalloiseksi - johtui varmaan ontuvasta suomennoksesta), Like Crazy, Easy A ja I Love You Phillip Morris.

I'd recommend you "I killed my mother" it is a French movie and I think you'd enjoy it, if you haven't seen it already. And if you like "Oldboy" you should also watch "Mother" and "I saw the Devil"! I love your movie list btw!!
